Our Mission
South Florida's sun, humidity, and afternoon rain build up algae, mold, and mildew fast, and too many pressure washing companies solve that with brute-force pressure that strips paint, cracks roof tiles, and etches concrete.
Our mission is simple: clean thoroughly without creating new damage, and leave every property in better shape than we found it. That's backed by more than twenty years of combined experience on our team, so we know which chemical works on which surface and how long to let it dwell before rinsing. We've been operating this way across Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties since 2014, which is why customers come back for the next job, and the one after that.
We hold ourselves to a few things we don't compromise on:
- Soft-wash, not brute force. Low-pressure chemical application calibrated to each surface — roofs, paint, and screens get clean without cracking, stripping, or tearing.
- Honest pricing, no surprises. The quote you get up front is the price you pay, with no add-on charges sprung on you at the end.
- Protect what's already there. Landscaping gets watered and covered during roof work, and every surface gets the right chemistry, not just the strongest one.
