Important distinction. These are the terms for using this website. They are not the terms under which we perform work. The work itself is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Service, which is attached to every proposal and estimate we issue and which you accept when you approve a proposal or authorize us to begin. That document covers scope, scheduling, cancellation, payment, warranty, and liability for the actual services. 2. What this site is
This site exists to show you our work, explain our methods, and let you reach us. That's it.
There are no user accounts and no login. There is nothing to buy on this site, no checkout, no online booking, and no way to pay us here. Submitting a form does not book an appointment and does not create a contract — it starts a conversation. We'll follow up by phone or email.
3. Estimates and pricing
Prices shown anywhere on this site, including on our membership page, are indications, not offers. A binding price exists only in a written proposal or estimate issued to you for your specific property.
Exterior cleaning cannot be priced sight-unseen with any accuracy. Roof size, surface type, degree of staining, access, and site conditions all move the number.
Membership pricing shown on this site is billed monthly. Membership is arranged by phone; terms are confirmed with you directly before anything starts.
4. Photographs and project images
The photographs displayed on this site are our own work product, documenting services we performed. They are published under license from the property owner or business, or with the written consent of the community association where applicable. They may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
No endorsement implied. Where a business name, logo, storefront sign, community name, monument sign, or entrance marquee appears in a project photograph, it indicates only that we performed cleaning services at that location. It does not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or any ongoing affiliation with that business or community association. All third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Removal requests. A property owner, business, or community association that believes an image was published without proper authorization may contact us at [email protected] or (561) 907-1333, and we will review and remove the image promptly.
Our privacy policy describes how job-site photography works in more detail, including how permission is obtained and how to opt out.
5. Our content
The text, photographs, layout, and design of this site are ours. You're welcome to read it, share a link to it, or print a page for your own use. You may not copy our copy, republish our photographs, or reuse our content on another site — including a competing cleaning company's site — without written permission.
6. Customer reviews and ratings
Where we display ratings from Angi, Yelp, Nextdoor, Google, or the Better Business Bureau, those are hosted and controlled by those platforms. We don't write, edit, or select them. Ratings shown on this site reflect what those platforms reported at the time the page was built and may not match their current figures.
7. Licensing
ThePressureCleaningPeople.Com LLC holds business tax receipt BTR #201578066 for soft-wash roof cleaning and power washing, and is licensed, bonded, and insured.
ThePressureCleaningPeople.Com LLC is an affiliate of Thomas R. Scott GC Inc., which holds Florida general contractor license CGC006883. That license belongs to Thomas R. Scott GC Inc., not to ThePressureCleaningPeople.Com LLC. Work requiring a licensed general contractor — such as roof tile repair — is performed under that affiliation.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, don't attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to it, and don't scrape it or use automated tools to harvest our content or photographs.
9. Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites — review platforms, the Better Business Bureau, and the Florida DBPR license verification service. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
10. Site information is provided as-is
We keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that everything on it is complete, current, or error-free. Service descriptions, coverage areas, and pricing change. Before-and-after photographs show results on specific properties under specific conditions; your property may produce a different result.
Nothing on this site is a warranty or guarantee of any particular outcome. Warranties we offer are stated in our Terms and Conditions of Service and apply to work we perform under a written proposal.
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action arising out of or relating to these terms or this website lies exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida — the County Court or the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, or, for any matter within federal jurisdiction, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach Division.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
