Privacy Policy

ThePressureCleaningPeople.Com LLC

Last updated: August 22, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a residential and commercial exterior cleaning contractor serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties, Florida. We are a small owner-operated business, not an online platform, and this policy is written to describe what we actually do.

We do not sell your personal information. We have never done so and have no plans to.

1. Who we are

ThePressureCleaningPeople.Com LLC, operating as The Pressure Cleaning People.

(561) 907-1333, Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

[email protected]

ThePressureCleaningPeople.Com LLC is an affiliate of Thomas R. Scott GC Inc. (Lic# CGC006883). Our own business tax receipt is BTR #201578066.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers thepressurecleaningpeople.com and the way we handle information from customers and prospective customers, whether you reach us through the website, by phone, by text, or by email.

There is no customer login on this site. There are no user accounts, no forums or comment sections, and no way to pay us through the website. If you see language elsewhere suggesting otherwise, this policy governs.

3. Information you give us

When you request an estimate. Our estimate form asks for your name, phone number, property address, email address, which services you're interested in, and a description of what you need. All of these are used to prepare your estimate and contact you about it.

We ask for the property address because we cannot price exterior cleaning without knowing the property. Roof size, driveway square footage, surface type, and access all change the number.

When you use the contact form. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, a subject, and your message.

When you call, text, or email us. We keep what you tell us — your name, contact details, property address, what you need done, and notes about the job. We answer the phone ourselves; there is no call center and no third party listening to or transcribing your calls.

When we do the work. We keep records of the services performed, dates, pricing, and any notes about the property relevant to future visits — for example, a fragile surface you asked us to be careful with.

When we invoice you. We create and send invoices through Intuit QuickBooks. You pay through QuickBooks directly.

We do not store your credit card number. If you prefer to pay by card over the phone, we enter the details directly into Intuit QuickBooks for processing. We do not write the number down, save it to a file, or keep it on record afterward. Card details are handled by Intuit's payment systems, not held by us.

4. Information collected automatically

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are located, what device they used, and which sites they came from. This is reported to us in aggregate. We use it to decide what to write about and which service areas to build out.

GoDaddy site analytics. Our site is hosted and built on GoDaddy, and GoDaddy's platform collects its own traffic and performance data.

Server logs. Our web server records standard information about requests: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is ordinary web infrastructure and is used for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies. Google Analytics and the GoDaddy platform set cookies to recognize returning visitors and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work. You can also install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on if you'd prefer Google Analytics not to measure your visits at all.

We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting trackers on this site.

5. Job-site photography and property images

We photograph the exterior work we perform. Before-and-after images are used for quality assurance, training, our website, social media, printed materials, proposals, and advertising.

What these images may show. Cleaned and uncleaned exterior surfaces — roofs, driveways, pavers, pool decks, walkways, courts, gutters, and building exteriors — together with the surrounding property. Where the property owner or business has granted us permission, images may also show building signage, storefront signage, monument or entrance signage, marquees, trade names, and logos.

What we remove before publishing. We blur or crop house numbers, unit numbers, and vehicle license plates. We do not publish identifiable images of any person without that person's consent.

How permission works. Our customers grant us a marketing license in Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions of Service, which is attached to every proposal and estimate. That license covers only the signage and marks the customer itself owns or controls. Where a home is located in a community governed by an HOA and the HOA is not our customer, the homeowner cannot grant rights to the HOA's name, monument sign, or entrance marquee — in that case we obtain the HOA's separate written consent before publishing an image in which those identifiers are legible.

Your choices. You may opt out of marketing use entirely, or limit it to exclude signage and identifying marks, by telling us in writing before your service date. If an image of your property is already published and you want it taken down, email [email protected] or call (561) 907-1333 and we will remove it.

6. How we use information

  • To prepare and send you an estimate
  • To schedule, perform, and follow up on work
  • To invoice you and collect payment
  • To answer your questions and respond to problems
  • To keep records of work performed, including warranty obligations
  • To send occasional information about our services, if you have given us your contact details — you can tell us to stop at any time
  • To understand site traffic in aggregate and improve the site
  • To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations

7. Calls, texts, and email

If you give us your phone number, we will use it to reach you about your estimate and your job — by call or by text, whichever is quicker. We are a small operation and text is often how we confirm arrival windows and weather changes.

If you don't want texts, tell us and we'll call instead. If you want us to stop contacting you altogether, say so and we will.

8. Who we share information with

We share information only where it's needed to run the business:

  • Intuit QuickBooks — invoicing and payment processing
  • GoDaddy — website hosting and platform services, including form submissions
  • Google — website analytics
  • Insurers, accountants, and legal advisors — where required
  • Thomas R. Scott GC Inc. — where a job involves licensed general contracting work performed under that affiliation, such as tile repair

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records would transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

9. How long we keep information

Estimate requests that don't become jobs: kept while there's a reasonable chance you'll call back, then discarded.

Customer and job records: kept for as long as needed for warranty, tax, insurance, and legal purposes. Our roof cleaning warranty runs one year from completion, and tax and business records are generally retained longer.

Job photographs: kept indefinitely as part of our work portfolio, subject to the removal rights described above.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. The site is served over HTTPS. Our invoicing and card processing run through Intuit's systems rather than our own, and we retain no payment card data after a transaction is entered.

That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our services are sold to property owners and businesses. This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

12. Your choices

You can:

  • Ask us what information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we're required to keep for tax, insurance, warranty, or legal reasons
  • Opt out of marketing contact
  • Opt out of job-site photography, or ask for a published image to be removed

Email [email protected] or call (561) 907-1333. We'll handle it directly — there's no ticket system and no department to route you through.

13. Links to other sites

Our site links to third-party sites including Angi, Yelp, Nextdoor, the Better Business Bureau, and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation license verification page. Once you follow a link, that site's privacy policy governs, not ours.

14. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page.
