We are a pressure washing and roof cleaning company serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties in Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain language on purpose.
The short version
We collect only what we need to give you an estimate and do the work. We never sell your information, we never rent it, and we never hand your name, phone number, or address to advertisers. We do advertise online, and like most businesses we measure whether those ads work — that section is below and explained plainly. We are a local cleaning company, not a data business.
What we collect when you contact us
When you submit our estimate form, we ask for your name, phone number, and property address or ZIP code, along with which services you are interested in. Your email address and any project details are optional.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message.
When you call or text us, we have your phone number, and we may keep notes about your property and the work you requested.
That is the whole list. We do not ask for your age, income, gender, marital status, Social Security number, or anything similar, and you should be suspicious of any contractor who does.
What we collect automatically
Our website is hosted by GoDaddy and protected by Cloudflare. Like nearly all websites, their systems automatically log basic technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the date and time. This is used to keep the site running, keep it secure, and understand roughly how many people visit.
We also use analytics tools to understand how people find and use our site — which pages they visit, how they got here, and whether our advertising is working. This tells us that a certain number of people came from a search for roof cleaning in Jupiter. It does not tell us who you are.
Advertising
We advertise our services online, including on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and Yelp.
To measure whether that advertising works, these platforms place cookies or similar tracking technologies on our website. When you visit our site after clicking one of our ads — or sometimes just after visiting — that platform may be able to recognize your device. This allows us to see how many people who saw an ad went on to request an estimate, and it may mean you see our ads again on other websites or apps for a period of time.
The platforms we work with for advertising and measurement are:

These platforms operate under their own privacy policies, and information they collect is subject to their terms rather than ours. We do not give them your name, phone number, or address — we do not upload our customer list to any advertising platform. What they collect is the technical and behavioral information described above.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and stay secure, and advertising and analytics cookies as described in the section above.
You have control over cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete them in the settings menu, and you can browse our site in a private or incognito window to limit them. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at once through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative, and you can install Google's Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
Blocking cookies will not stop you from using our site or getting an estimate. Calling us at (561) 907-1333 involves no cookies at all.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to:
- Respond to your request and prepare your free estimate
- Contact you to schedule the work, confirm details, or ask a question
- Perform the service you hired us for
- Send you an invoice and process your payment
- Keep records of work performed, which we need for warranty, insurance, and tax purposes
- Follow up after the job to make sure you are satisfied
If you ask us to, we may also contact you in the future about maintenance — most Florida properties benefit from cleaning every twelve to eighteen months. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, not ever.
- We do not rent, trade, or lease your information.
- We do not give your name, phone number, email address, or property address to advertising platforms or data brokers. Our advertising uses the anonymous website measurement described above, not your contact details.
- We do not publish your address or contact information on our website or social media. If we feature your public review, it appears under the name you published it with.
- We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
There is a meaningful difference between the two things above, and it is worth being clear about it. Advertising platforms can tell that someone visited our site and requested an estimate. They do not get told that you did.
The limited cases where information is shared
Running a business means a few outside companies necessarily handle information on our behalf. They are permitted to use it only to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes:
- Our website host and email provider, which store form submissions and messages
- Our payment processors, when you pay by card or digital payment, which handle your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number
- Our accountant and bookkeeping software, for invoicing and tax records
- Our insurance carrier, only if a claim involving your property is ever filed
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to — a subpoena, court order, or lawful government request — or if it is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate, your appointment, and your job. These are service messages about work you asked us about, not marketing blasts. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you.
Photographs of our work
We photograph completed jobs to show the quality of our work. When we publish these photos, we do not include addresses, house numbers, street signs, vehicles with visible plates, or anything else that identifies whose property it is. If you would rather we not photograph your property at all, tell us and we will not.
Customer reviews
If you leave us a review on Angi, Yelp, the BBB, or Google, that review is public on that platform and governed by their rules.
We tell our customers that we may feature their review on this website, and we do. Reviews shown here were published publicly by the customer on a review platform, and appear under the name they used. If your review appears on our site and you would rather it did not, call or email us and we will remove it promptly, no explanation needed.

How long we keep information
We keep job and payment records for as long as needed for warranty, insurance, and tax purposes — generally seven years, which is what our accountant advises. Estimate requests that never became jobs are kept for about two years in case you come back to us, then discarded.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask us what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information, which we will do unless we are required to keep it for tax or insurance reasons
- Tell us to stop contacting you

Security
Our website uses SSL encryption, so information you type into our forms is encrypted in transit. We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do their jobs. That said, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are sold to property owners and our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new date. If we ever make a change that meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we will say so plainly rather than burying it.
