Terms of Use
The Pressure Cleaning People Last updated: July 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of thepressurecleaningpeople.com. By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Important: these are terms for using our website. They are not your service contract. The terms of any actual work we do for you are set out in the written estimate and work authorization you approve before we begin.
About the information on this site
We describe our services, the surfaces we clean, and the areas we serve. This information is general and for your convenience. Property conditions vary enormously, and nothing on this website is a promise about what results are achievable on your specific property.
We may update, change, or remove content on this site at any time. We try to keep everything accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is free of error or omission.
Estimates
Requesting an estimate through this website costs you nothing and obligates you to nothing.
- An estimate is not a contract. Work begins only after you approve a written estimate.
- Estimates are based on the information you provide. If the property differs from what was described — larger area, heavier staining, harder access, additional surfaces — we will tell you before starting and give you a revised price. We do not perform unapproved extra work and bill you for it.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise.
- Some jobs require an on-site look before we can price them honestly. We will tell you if yours is one of them.
What cleaning can and cannot do
This section matters more than any other, so please read it.
Pressure washing and soft washing remove dirt, algae, mold, mildew, and organic staining. They do not repair or restore damaged surfaces. Some conditions cannot be cleaned away, and some surfaces are already compromised before we arrive:
- Paint that is chalking, oxidized, peeling, or past its service life may continue to fail or may release during cleaning
- Roof tiles that are cracked, loose, or brittle with age can break, and older roofs are more fragile than they appear
- Sealer that is failing, clouded, or peeling will not be improved by cleaning and may need to be stripped
- Concrete can be permanently stained by rust, battery acid, oil, fertilizer, tannin from leaves and berries, or paint, and some of these do not fully release
- Pavers may have settled, shifted, or lost joint sand, which cleaning will reveal rather than fix
- Screens that are oxidized or brittle can tear
- Wood that is rotted, soft, or weathered may not respond to cleaning
We inspect before we start and we will tell you what we see. If we believe a surface is too compromised to clean safely, we will say so rather than proceed and hope. Where a risk exists but the job is still worth doing, we will explain it and let you decide.
We are careful, we are insured, and we take responsibility for damage we cause. We are not responsible for the failure of surfaces, coatings, or materials that were already at the end of their life.
Scheduling and weather
We work outdoors in South Florida, so rain, lightning, and wind move schedules. If weather makes the work unsafe or ineffective, we will reschedule at no cost to you. We appreciate the same courtesy — please give us reasonable notice if you need to change an appointment.
Preparing your property
Before we arrive, we will ask you to handle a few things: closing windows and doors, moving vehicles out of the work area, relocating potted plants and furniture, securing pets indoors, and confirming we have access to a working water spigot and, where needed, electricity. We will give you the specific list for your job. Please take it seriously — most preventable problems come from a window left open.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards; Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and Bitcoin; cash, personal checks, and certified checks; and ACH transfer or invoicing for commercial, HOA, and property management accounts. Financing is available on larger projects — ask us.
Bitcoin payments are priced in U.S. dollars and converted at the exchange rate at the time of payment. Because cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed, we confirm the amount with you in writing before you send anything.
If something goes wrong
Tell us right away. Call (561) 907-1333 while we are still on site if possible, or the same day if not. Most issues are easily resolved when we hear about them immediately, and much harder to sort out weeks later. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about one.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
This limitation applies to your use of this website. It does not limit our responsibility for property damage caused by our work, which is covered by our liability insurance and addressed in your written service agreement. Nothing here waives any right you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.

The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to us. Our project photographs are of work we actually performed. Please do not copy our content or photographs for use on another company's website or marketing materials.
